The company is committed to the immediate availability and cost-effective supply of a wide range of ancillary equipment, spares and accessories, including valves, steam traps, water gauges, temperature controls, sight glasses, strainers, gas regulators, boiler tubes, boiler and autoclave controls, boiler pumps, gaskets, packings, refractory material, laggings, piping, filling and many other items.

Maintenance Services

Cyclotherm SA offers and provides customers with a comprehensive range of cost effective, highly responsive repair and maintenance services that cover the company’s own products as well as those of other selected suppliers.

Wynberg-based teams of highly skilled and experienced engineers and technicians are available to help ensure that downtime and production losses, as well as routine maintenance costs, are kept to an absolute minimum throughout the Gauteng region.

Maintenance options range from time-and-material call-outs in emergency situations, to carefully designed and specially tailored preventative maintenance and routine servicing contracts that are governed by Service Level Agreements.

Service Level Agreements, which are independently negotiated with customers according to their installation, its location and specific performance and operating requirements, guarantee measurable cost and business benefits such as a specified response times and fixed pricing.

Although service level agreement contracts are only available directly from Clyclotherm SA within a practical traveling distance from the company’s Wynberg base, service arrangements can be put in place through authorised agents in other centres.
