Mobile Boiler House containing a Cyclotherm CE2800 light oil fired boiler, having an output of 1252 kg / hr from and at 100°C @ 10 BAR pressure for APV - Final destination - Nagari Dairy Nigeria

Cyclotherm's concept of a "mobile boiler house" originated from the need to build boiler plants that had to be moved around to other locations on a regular basis, in a cost effective way, and where no special technicians are needed for the installation.

Our "mobile boiler house" leaves the factory as a portable container and is simply connected to the electricity, fuel and water supply at the other end to become a fully operational unit.

Our standard mobile boiler house includes the following:

• Boiler (sizes from 235Kg/Hr - 1565Kg/Hr)
• Fuel Tank
• Water tank
• Blowdown tank
• Water softner plant and dosing unit.
• Electrical DB board and lighting.
• Steal grid floors.
• PRV station assembly (If required)

Cyclotherm has built a few mobile boiler houses where this capacity is doubled with two boilers in a container.
